Our family-owned RV and mobile home park is in Sunsites, Arizona, near Pearce and the Dragoon Mountains. Stay close to your project while enjoying a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day.

A Home Base for Your Project

Whether you’re making weekend trips to your property or need a place to stay throughout construction, we offer nightly, weekly, and monthly RV stays. You can spend less time traveling back and forth and more time getting things done.

When the workday is over, you’re close to Cochise Stronghold, historic Pearce, and other places to explore across southeastern Arizona.

Rates and Amenities

• Nightly: $35

• Weekly: $135

• Monthly: $285 plus electric

• On-site laundromat

• Wi-Fi available for an additional charge
