Our story began in 1983 when my grandparents, after running a successful plumbing business in Colorado, decided they were ready for something new. During a trip to visit family in Arizona, they stumbled across the trailer park for sale—and felt it was the perfect next chapter. They took a leap of faith, bought the park, and began building what would become a long-standing family legacy.

Growing up, I (Shana) spent many years visiting my grandparents here, making memories and learning the value of hard work and community. After graduating with a degree in engineering, my grandparents offered my husband, Tim, and me the opportunity to help carry on what they had started. We moved down in 2017 and officially took over the park in 2024.

Today, we live and work here alongside our children, Mary and Rylan, continuing the tradition of hospitality, care, and pride in our little corner of Arizona. We’re a family who loves the outdoors—fishing, hiking, and exploring whenever we can—and we’re proud to be active members of the community, always supporting local nonprofits and events that help our area thrive.

We’d love for you to come experience the comfort, community, and charm of our park—whether you're staying for a night or settling in for a while, you're always welcome here.
